I just downloaded Visage from MG and now I am unable to access it.

I Just downloaded Visage from MG and after the install is complete it asks if you want to run Visage, to which I answered yes. It then says in a dialogue box that to access the program you need to go to the run box in start up and run the program from there. I have done this and another dialogue box pops up on the screen which says "Windows can not access the specific device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. How can I access this program and where do I go to to do this.....

 

I assume you are using Vista or 7. Have you run it with admin rights? Right click the exe or shortcut and run as admin.

I gave it a run on win 7 same issues as Dools and Kes. Their links for help and support are down or under construction.

Avast picked on it on setup, as it should considering Visage's intrusive nature.
As their link mentions, it won't list in TM as they want it as unobtrusive as possible, hence it won't list in All Programs. If only Help & Support were running.
