I just reformatted my laptop, and I cant adjust the screen resolution..

    Wondering if this is because a missing driver?
    Its a dell latituse D505

    Yes you will be missing your graphics driver

    Guessing at your using XP, so here are the XP drivers fro your PC

    you will need to if you havnt already done so install the chipset driveres first then install your video drivers, now their are two options that DELL have use in that pc you will need to get the correct ones, to aid in finding whats installed in your PC download and install this Everest once run click Computer Summary and under Display it should tell you what graphics Dell have used in your PC.


    But if your not using XP then enter your OS version here to access the drivers for your PC
