I keep getting this error on the pc right before I start..

Right after I press play on final fantasy XI it turns black and freezes. This is the error that was in the windows details of the error. I also looked on google and noticed a lot of people with vista get this same hangb error or whatever. does anyone know what could be causing this AppHangb1 error and how can I fix it @.@
