Link only good if it directs to a story for the less fortunate?

Have to say the part about Benchmark testing is skirting around the subject a tad and a doesnt elaborate specifics for the layman.... , while many readers of that paragraph may read into it as you have to follow set rules for posting benchmark results from the likes of 3Dmark or similar, if you actually read the EULA and that link to the benchmark test they are refering to in .NET 3.0 components only, I have to ask, how many of you have actually tested .NET 3.0 Framework? ( in reality maybe only 1 person who I know programs in .NET on MGs may have )

nice way to stir up feelings, as many readers will not delve deeper into the specifics of what these stories mean, which adds to bad feelings against a company.

EULAs are a fact of life be they for software, a bank loan, mortgage and insurances, the legaleeze is a minefield for the majority of the public, me included.... sad thing is in some cases we think that we maybe safe with a legal document but in reality there are many clauses to catch us out.

Do I agree with them well no as they are not easy to read and work out what the hell we are being told we can do and cannot do, but we have to just accept them.

Pitty there is no laws to make these documents be written in plain english.
