i lost "C:\Documents and Settings"

my pc was stuck so i hit the reset button now it came back under a TEMP user

now , after i changed the name from TEMP to my old user name i restarted the computer and all the files in Documents and Settings are gone
its because i didnt rename the "old username.bak" now all the files are gone
i did a system restore from 3 days ago but nothing.
plz plz plz how can i restore this ??:cry
