I Need a good Utility

    What do you recommend for a diagnostic program? I have a computer that is just running very slow. It's Pentium 2.6GHZ, 796MB ram, all startup programs are diabled, but there is still something that is slowing everything down. Is there a diagnostic program or a drive or windows xp utility that will help?

    very good but witch one? or mabye both? or does one effect the other and what one is it that might effect the other?
