I need a monitor software

Hello I am a worried mother my son is a computer wiz I need a monitor software that dose not make the computer cliche also can be detected or make the CPU usage go up. He is always running his KOC and knows how to restore his computer back to a certain date he has a CC cleaner he know how to run malware bites and defragment and uses his task mgr. I installed a free download that would keep track of websites visited because he uses his browser in private and clears his history but yet is was dumb enough to say on you tube when he looked at porn on YouTube he did not know how it got into his search history on you tube. This stuff his making his grades to go down affecting his personal life I don't want to rule what he watches but just monitor for a while if it is healthy porn ok but if its not we have a problem I also feel unconformable having my ex step daughter around she is 12 and he is 17 that is why too. Please help recommend a low cost virus free unnoticeable ways I can see what he is looking at.

What Windows version are you using as in some you do have the option to use Parental Control

But what I would do and do advise on home PCs that all the family use is to use separate user accounts as that way you can be as the Mom the Admin that controls everything and then all the rest of the family are basic users that only have certain rights to install software or surf specific websites,

But to use any parental software you will have to setup accounts and you being the admin only and all others the basic accounts as if you do not then the controls can be over-ridden and deleted.

Create User Accounts [click workgroup option as you will likely not be on a domain]
