I need an Ip changer

    i need a free Ip changer can someone help meh..... i heard that i should ask this question here... they said that most people here are brilliant so.................................

    If you are on a DHCP network where your IP is given dynamically upon connection you can change it (on windows) by typing 'ipconfig /renew' on the command line...

    If you have a static IP address, or your DHCP IP address is allocated based off MAC address or some such, then Kaula's link is probably the best bet

    use Firefox and grab the switch-proxy extension along with a list of proxies and you can set it to autoswitch proxies every second if you wanted to.
