UPDATE:
I found your drivers:
First, install your chipset drivers. Then reboot, and install your audio drivers. Reboot again, then install your video drivers. These links are for XP drivers only. If you use a different version of Windows, or if these drivers don't work, please post again with a full Everest report attached and I'll try to help.
