I NEED HELP!!!!!!!! again

Hi, I need some help. You se when ever I turn on the PC in about a minut or 2 I get this message

"dcomx.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Then it asks me if a want to send an error report to microsoft or not. I clicked send error report once but all it said is to get soem kid of ani-virus but it didn't specify which kind. To be honest with you microsoft didn't help me at all, but maybe you guys could help me. I would appreciate it alot.

Apply the patch and delete the files.

 

what patch? the one that says microsoft?

 

I just thought I'd bump this thread back up since it seems that people have forgotten about it and Drizzt seems to still be needing help.

download the patch for your particular OS and install it. then scan your system for viruses.
