I need help bad and quick pc is messed up

I recently did a HP restore pc and everything went back to the way it was before i bought it. Theres error messages saying desktop is not accesible access denied. I dont know why my internet works but i cant download anything, please help as quick and possible as you can.

no reason to get testy, these things take time to figure out. you have to remember your not the only one on here that is asking for help. i know you waited for quite a while to get help, but look at it this way you figured out how to fix your problem without any help and that is very rewarding.

 

Really didnt meant it as a how to say mean, but i meant it saying "Alright everyone thanks for your help, ive already figured out how to fix it by myself! Mission accomplished" I felt proud of myself by figuring out by myself and not asking for every single thing that happens to my pc, yea didnt know i could fix it by myself though. Yea it is rewarding

 

The way i fixed it was by going to my administrator account but i couldnt cause im running windows home so i had to boot in safe mode. I logged in to my administrator account then went to my desktop folder and right clicked it, clicked on properties then secuirity tab, and from there i dont remember i just really hoped it turned out to be a good thing and it was.

 

sorry for the misunderstanding. I appologize. There are several people on here that get upset when they are not helped right away. Glad to hear you fixed it though and you are experiencing that uncontrolable rewarding feeling that comes after fixing something on your own. Keep up the good work and if you ever need any more help with anything just ask and i'll be more than happy to assist you in whatever ways i can.
