I need help Bad with non functioning programs and ie7 gets hung up

Hi all,
I am new to this website. I think its awsome what you guys r doing. I tried to follow your win xp cleaning directions 2 the t. First off i ran malware(log shows nothing)i ran superantispyware and this is what the log shows.(rogue.component/trace)HKLM Software\Microsoft\74688815 then same with #74688815 then same with #version then#74682595then#74684c70 (5 errors in all)
Then 1 Browser Hijacker.Favorites C:\Docs and setting\owner\favs\cpanetworks\asseenonpc-network.url I ran all the other programs but the main problem is i can't get ie7 to load getting hungup with 1 green light,then hourglass forever(lol) must of these programs require u 2 download lated update(witch i can not do) please help I need help getting back online and many programs not working
