I haven't found any team yet with this very simple information. So if you guys can help me, I'll be very thankful and I'll join your team!

My problem is simple. I run a Folding@Home process on each core of my dual core system. I just need to know, how do I get them to run on their own? Having two DOS shells minimized all the time is just stupid.

I'm no help in this, but am curious, what OS are you using? I keep hearing about the dual core systems, never seen one.

    I just figured it out.

I have Windows XP installed on this computer, and its processor is a Pentium 805D. I just created two Folding@Home directories and installed a copy of the F@H console in each one, I just gave one the "0" CPU ID when I installed it, and the other the "1" ID.

Then I just used FireDaemon to make each a system service that runs in the background. Now I'm happy. :^)
