I need help installing spyware guard

First I would like to thank y'all for this website without y'all I would be lost!!!! I was trying to install spygurad and it keeps askin me to type an alternate route to a file "asseccrt.msi" I have tried to find the file with no luck and I cant finsh the setup, any suggestions?
p.s my mistake it is "spyware guard" not " spy guard"

I just saw that the software is spyware guard rather than spyguard

that did not work x flat here is the message
header: microsoft access 2002 runtime
message: the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable
click ok to try again or benter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package
"ACCESSRT.MSI" in the box below. I ran a search and I could not find it what does it mean?

Do you have MS Access installed on your PC?

I can only imagine that that app uses some for of database to hold its info as that file you are missing is an MS Access runtime installer....
