    I wanted to know if Microsoft Windows XP Home SP3 for System Builders - OEM is an OS. Im asking this because I wanted Win xp home edition but i don't know the difference??? can some one please help. does Microsoft Windows XP Home SP3 for System Builders - OEM work well?

    Hi

    This should be the full version with SP3 built in and as OEM and for System Builder all it means is that you do not have or get any support from Microsoft if anything goes wrong with the OS, although thats what forums like Majorgeeks is for and offers free support for all.


    In a nutshell its no different to the retail XP Home SP3 just a different licence and much cheaper than the retail versions, I tend to run these versions on my home PCs as I dont need support.
