I need help please im running in safe mode

I need help and fast my computer has suddenly stoped working and when i try running my pc in normal mode it will just show me the windows screen with the little green bar going side to side, please i need help bad

 

My guess is a piece of hardware has failed. I would remove all your hardware except for the HDD and RAM and see if it boots okay. Gradually add one piece of hardware back at a time, starting with your optical drive/s.
It could be a sound card or anything, so keep adding till it stops booting, then you will know what is causing the drama.
Not exactly a difinitive answer but something to get you started anyway.

 

Oh im still running in safe mode, the problem is i dont know how to remove parts of my pc

 

OH ok thanks i removed everything connected to my pc and it boots okay
