I need help running Guild Wars 2!

My hardware just isn't good enough. I'm on a tight $200 dollar budget, and I would really appreciate it if someone would point me in the right direction.

OS: Windows Xp Pro
System model: OptiPlex 745
Processor: Intel Core2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40 GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2038 MB RAM
Page File: 3032 MB used, 901 MB available.
GFX Card: Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family
Chip type: Intel GMA 3000
My power supply is 305 watts.

Just from looking at those specs, the video card is going to be the biggest issue. And if you upgrade the video card, you might need a new power supply to get enough juice to it.
