I need help sending encrypted files

Hi,

I am in the health profession and I need to send reports to hospitals and clinics. But I have to make sure that they are secure during transport - confidential, that is.

So what I am looking for is a way of encrypting the report and ideally - having the receiving party just needing a password to un-encrypt it. But they have to be able to then print the report.

Actually, as I am writing this, if this program on my side forced the report to go to their printer once un-encrypted and then erased the report off of their system - I would like that even better.

However, I cannot force the "other Party" to load new software to acommendate me.. I cannot spell, so sorry about any mis-spells.

Hi P. I refuse to address anyone as Poof. I am surprised that no-one has replied as yet. Do a google search on phrase "encrypt files" or "encrypt". there should be enough there to satisy your needs. Bazza

Why dont you use winrar

you can use it to compress the file and put a password on it. then make the file a self executable file with the sfx function

the other party does not need to have winrar in order to open the file if you use the sfx function.

not only can you compress the file but also encrypt it and on top of that put a password on it.

thus making the file top secret

remember the longer the password the more secure it is
