I need help with my operating system.

    I have a problem i guess it with my windows and i cant figure out what could be wrong. for some reaon for the past two days every time i go to my start bar to open my computer or search it freezes but if i pick a game or a file on my desktop it wont freeze but it does on the my computer icon. what could be wrong?

    How do you come out of the freeze? reboot? :confused:
    where is your computer icon, on your task bar or desktop? Online games work okay or internal games? Are you able to do a search on your computer?
