I need help with pc

    can some one help me plz. try to pay my credit card bill online, i am able to login but when it takes me to the page to pay my bill the entire page closes. same thing is happening when i try to read the newspaper online. any one know what the problem is?

    We need a lot more info from you: make and model # of the machine, operating system and service pack #, browser or browsers you are running, method of connecting to the internet, etc.

    Any information you can give will be helpful.
