I need help with unknown file!!!

Hello...I've recently discovered a folder in my program files folder called proc soap...In there is an .exe program...I clicked it and it did nothing...I then tried deleting it, it wouldnt let me...It said make sure the disk is not write protected/ being used by another program. I am certain I didn't download it. My spyware remover couldnt get rid of it. My os is Win XP... Thanx a lot!!!

 

Leave well enough alone it's part of the xp operating file system.In other words if you want to dig into this I hope your a deep--deep thinker.

Well I did some digging on my own,the info I posted was from friend of mine who's into xp.I assumed he knew what he was talking about. I ain"t gonna do that again.
I came up with this
