I need help

Hi, I'm not real good with computers and I was wondering if someone out here can help me with a problem I've been having. Every time I reboot my computer a window comes up (shellcon hidden window) and I can't get rid of it. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? Also I can't get my Launchcast to play. It says that theres a script error. Nothing I have tried has worked and I need my music. If anyone can help me I would really be greatfull.

DO you have musicmatch 10 installed? I vaugly remember it being associated with that, try uninstalling and reinstalling it?
