I need help!

OK the reason I am posting is because I heard that Having a 590 chipset Mobo will hold back the 8800GTX card... Meaning that I wont be able to have the full effect over having something like a 680i ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813188009 ) with the card installed on that. Currently I have the ABIT Fatility AN9 Mobo- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813127237
So basicly Im just wondering if anyone can look into this and check if I will have a performance loss...I REALLY! want that 8800GTX though. But I dont want it to suck... help me!! Does any one know about this!!??!?!?
