I need HELP!!

I am not certain this is the correct place to post this, and if it isn't please let me know. A friend has been trying to help me with a problem I am having and suggested I try here. We have had no luck correcting it so far.

My friend was helping me to resolve issues with Spy Sweeper. He told me to disable it, gave me the instructions on how to do it. I went into msconfig and deselected Spy Sweeper to disable it. After I did that, and rebooted the computer, I got a message that said to "Wait until Windows configures Creative Projects." Then it went to another message that asked for the disc for Creative Projects. I do not know what this Creative Projects is, looked through all the discs to see if I had a disc that came with the computer for it, and found none. If I click Cancel on the last box, it will go back to the first one and start trying to install again. Selecting cancel on that box does nothing except start the process all over again. I have tried several things to get rid of this, and so far nothing has worked. At this point, with the message there, I cannot shut down my computer without doing a cold boot. Any advice on what this could be or how to correct it?

It appears to be part of the HP Image Zone software.

You might try looking for updates/fixes or uninstall the program and reinstall it. Here are two (2) fixes you might try.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I uninstalled the HP Image Zone and everything is back to normal now!! :celebrate
