I need help!

I am sure that this has probably already been posted but I cant find it anywhere. I have gone through the instructions and Have Adaware and Spybot search and destroy installed, My problem is that my IE browser keeps spawning windows even when no IE window's are running on the machine, It constantly does so, the home webpage was set to zestyfind.com or something along those lines but after deleting a bunch of files through sb/d and adaware and reset my internet options and it no longer points to that page, it does still bring up all kinds of windows trying to sell me their products and they applications though when the computer is just sitting idle, my question is what is wrong with my computer? Like I said I have tried the instructions posted on the page but still am having this problem. When attempting to open a new browser window the new window is only about 1 inch square. Any help is appreciated on this matter.

 

You'll want to do everything very carefully according to the directions.

Also, post your Operating System, mention where you had your IE home page set to, and any other details like that you think would be helpful.
