I need help.

I downloaded this thing called IMVU, a virtual chat thingy. And it won't let me do anything other than chat despite there are other options. It also says this whenever I open it up. Error-(message about it being illeagle) then I clicked on details and it said: IMVUCLIENT caused an invalid page fault in
module RPCRT4.DLL at 016f:7fbd0894.
