I Need Longer Fingers or Software

My 94 year old mother is up and running on her new computer. Ii would have said there was no chance, but she has mastered the basics of Emailing and Surfing the web. What I need now is a program that will allow me to go online with her and get her into some new and out of some areas she gets backed into. She's in MI and I'm in KY.
I know there are several out there, which one has the best track record and easiest to use?
