I need permision to post something

Hey, I have been wanting to post something about recruiting people to assist me in the building of my site, I don't want this to sound like an ad so I won't tell you what it is. I posted an ad about it on the INTERESTING WEB-SITE LINKS, but it got deleted. What I will post, with the permision of MODERATOR, would be more to recruit people than to advertise. Also, where would I post it? If you request more INFO, I will give it to you. I just didn't want to post it on here because of fear that this post will be deleted. Thanks In Advance!
