I need some help please

    I just bought a new printer. And my comp. is saying that (Processing cannot be continued because the Print Spooler service has been stopped how can I fix this prob. it won't let me install the program that come with my printer... I'm trying to load it and over and over it's telling me this some error... Can someone please help me????? I need to install the MP DRIVES so It will work....

    Are there instructions that say not to connect the printer until you get to a certain point and are told to do it? If so, have you followed that instruction?

    Greetings, wtfyn2.

    Along with GCWesq's suggestion, have you actually checked the Print Spooler service? Don't know your operating system, but you can probably get to your Services by entering services.msc in a Run command - make sure the Spooler service is enabled and set for Automatic (you can even set it for Manual for troubleshooting purposes).
