I need some help Please

I have ran everything that has been asked before I ask this question. I need some help with a lap top that my daughter uses for her college classes. What happens is that once on the internet I get bombarded with spy ware ads that says your computer has been infected with spyware. The Internet Explorer after going to tools then internet options will not let me change this fake screen is what it looks like. My daughter runs MSN web page. I have been in safe mood to look for the virus and regular start up. The computer when I got it had the backdoor virus B on it and it is gone. If there is something I am missing and if someone has the time please email me.

Give more detail as to your specific problem. Also, give computer specs (OS, etc...)

Safe mode?
System Restore Off - if you have it
Enable viewing of hidden files?
Make sure to run the Online Scans.
