i need some help

    i have quite a few problems. the first thing is my clock is set an hour behind. after having corrected it and logging off it still remains an hour behind. no matter what i do i keeps going back an hour of the correct time. the second thing is my cd/dvd drive keeps opening randomly, i dont even have to be anywehre near it for it to open. my third problem is that my windows bar and all my icons have disappeared whenever i open up norton and i cant get them back. can someone please help me with my problems

    What operating system are you running?
    When you double click on your clock what appears in the Current time zone: ? Is that correct? If not, click on the time zone tab and change the location. If you are running and OS that is pre XP, you may have to do a correction for daylight savings time.
