I need to open PST files without Outlook!

    I have 58MB of pst file from another computer. When I tried the easy thing of dragging the file into my Outlook to open them up, an error pops us saying Outlook is not allowing me to open it at all due to safety/security concerns. I am using a work computer so I do not have the ability to drop the security issue. Is there a software out there, hopefully free since I am only doin this once, that can open this large of a file?
