I need to replace my MoBo

    so I need to replace my MoBo
    heres what I have:
    lanparty UT nf3 250 GB mobo
    AMD athalon 3000+ processor
    XFX 6600 GT 128 MB video card 580/1.15
    1 GB kingston value ramm
    36 GB hard drive 10000 RPM
    thermaltake 480 watt silent pure power

    I need to be able to run all of that stuff through a different motherboard cause some of the ports on my old MoBo Don't work correctly anymore
