I/O conflict, IRQ address changes?? with SiS 900

PC2 below which has a Japanese flavoured ME OS is showing a big red cross through the ethernet card in the device manager looking in the "Resources" tab the I/O address range is having conflict (red circle with diagonal line through it), the IRQ 00. Have tried to reinstall the driver for the on-board SiS 900 but still suffering iss.?!?

Anyone have good diagnostic approach for attempting to resolve this?!?!?

 

Alls sorted it was a corrupted/impaired driver but I had to use a 3rd party app to "kill it" and then reinstall a fresh driver and bingo. Any who are interested it was
