I/O error on boot up

This problem started about a month ago.

When I turn on the computer and it starts to boot up, I get the following message:

I/O card parity interrupt at 6000:8FB4
Type (S)Shut off NMI; (R) Reboot; Other keys to continue

When I hit the (R) Reboot, the computer reboots, then all I get is the Windows ME Splash Screen, then stops. I have to hit control alt del to reboot. Then sometimes it works ok.

When I hit the (S) Shut off NMI I get the following message:

I/O card parity interupt at F000:4F29
Type (S)Shut off NMI; (R) Reboot; Other keys to continue

I then hit the (S) Shut off NMI and then it goes ahead and boots up.

This started about a month ago. Some days I have no problem, but other days I have it happen every time.
