I/o Magic

    I have an I/O Magic 320GB Gigabank external hard drive. I started using it yesterday, but now when I try to open the folder under My Computer is does not show. When I click on the "safely remove hardware" icon it's listed there. I also tried plugging it into my other computer but it still does not show up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still nothing. Any ideas what I can do?
