I pod Touch ... I tunes, Podcasting

I hope someone can help. I have two laptops and one is really messing up so I went to my other computer and tried to download my itunes library. I dont know what I did wrong but it did not work.
I went back to my first laptop to sync the ipod touch and to transfer a new podcast over.
Now when I go to my Ipod Touch and go to Podcasts, it says "No Podcasts You can download podcasts from Itunes.
I see them in the library on the itunes site on my computer. I thought I would put transfer purchase and follow with sync.
I am trying but I can not get these podcasts on my Ipod Touch.

Can anyone help please?
