I Purchased A Video Card That Requires 850 Watts Which I Have, But It Requires 3 8 Pin Connections!

This is additional info on my psu, as I didn't mean to post the above yet.
PSU is a Corsair CS850M and is modular. I've already used the one connection from the psu that's marked for the graphics card that gives me 2 ( 8 pin )connections. The only other psu connection I have that's free from the psu is one marked for peripherals and sata. Can I use that as the other 8 pin connection to the graphics card? Somehow it feels like that might be a bad idea, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

 

What kinda video card is this.Most video cards only require a 6 pin or 8 pin connection to run.

3 8 pin connections don't make sense???

Can you send the link for us so we know what to look at.And what type of video card you have.So that we can advise the best connections.

 

the Graphics card in question could a be a GTX 3080 TI that requires 3 8 pin connections.

 

If it requires a 3 8pin connection we need to know details might need to swap psu for a different one that can handle this gpu.

The one psu i have that is 850 watts is fully modular and could handle this card.
