I purchased kaspersky 2009 internet security

Hello everybody, i purchased kaspersky2009 internet security and I installed few days it got updated after few days the progress bar only runs but all the other things does not happen,It says " error connecting to database" why is that, i contact support but there was no replies to my ticket, It was on my laptop, do i have to reinstall the operating system in my laptop any suggestion ideas

Hey thanks for it let me go to that thread, before that i want to ask you one thing, is kaspersky really a good software, i bought it as my friend told me its a good software, from the day one to now, i could nt able to update the antivirus nor it cleaned up any virus for me till now.. Im totally fedup with kaspersky with a belief that it will solve i will go to the link and thank you very much for your help. Please also tell is there is any antivirus software which is good. Cost is also a factor if you can tell a good antivirus software with lesser price im ready to immediately shift to that software. thank you again thanks for your help.

 

Its just a default firewall i have in my laptop, i have disabled it and tried still no change in result, its not updating, tell me where to really report about it and they can take action on it.
