I read it all and did it all, these say non-cleanable, help!!!

    I read everything and cleaned up a bunch of junk, The trendmicro.com housecall found these 5 and it says non-cleanable, how do I get rid of them?
    NZA C:\WINDOWS\system\winst.exe
    QoologicA C:\Windows\tsmgr.exe
    QoologicB C:\Windows\zzgcwz.dll
    NarratorA C:\Windows\mmphzm.exe
    NarratorA C:\Windows\zzgcyz.dll

    These are listed as trojans and non cleanable, I tried to clean them up anyway and ran the scan again and they are still there.

    Help!!!

    If you are using WinXP or WinMe, make sure you have system restore disabled (per the READ ME tutorial).
    For all OS types, make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the READ ME tutorial).

    Boot into safe mode, make sure the processes are not running (use ProcessExplorer for that because Task Manager does a poor job in showing all processes), and then delete the files by hand using Windows Explorer.

    Get the proper Process Explorer for your OS here:
    - ProcessExplorer for Win 9x/Me
    - ProcessExplorer for Win NT/2K/XP
