    The spoiler tag. It helps against page-stretching pictures, and I know it's available in vBulletin. :)

    Plus isn't the spoiler tag designed to hide part of a post except when clicked on??

    Yeah, it creats something similar to the quote box, but with a button that makes it disappear into one line. Works great.

    They never use it. I've been on several boards that had it active during spam assaults and none of them ever used it.

    Never say never! I have seen some novel approaches to spam and one this week that I had not noticed before used alot.


    Just to likely answer the question of addons, IIRC we do try to not load the forum software with addons as we have done this in the past and at some point many just break forum, so like to keep it nice and simple, less to go wrong.

    But iirc once the spolier is clicked the image just expands and forces the margins out of alignment anyway, as McA said resize image to 800x600 and it fits ok on most users screens or attach and that way its shrunk so when clicked opens in new window.

    I would personally much rather have a stable working forum that one with bells and whistles.
