I tell ya..

It feels like I never left work. The week-nights go so fast when you pass out at 8pm.. lol

 

Well I never do. One of the so-called 'highlights' of owning your own business. At least I get to spam occasionally in between jobs, so it's not all bad.




....On second thoughts, maybe it is!

Well, I gave my son his night-time bottle at 7pm.. he passes out at 7:15. I get a phone call and hang up by 7:30... hop back into bed with my wife and son and watch some TV while he snores away and the next thing I know it's 11:30pm.. lol.

 

I know how ya feel! It holds true for the weekends too. If you sleep all day Saturday, it seems like you're only getting 1 day off!

 

No chance of that happening with an 11 month old around

 

I've found an interesting perk of having my own business. I'm doing a job for one of the family members (my step mums side are a bunch of entrepreneurs ) and I'm going on holiday to Wales next week... with my client! My step grandma!

Not that it makes the job any less profitable... hehehehehe

 

lately time flies for me. I decided to learn xhtml and by God that stuff is interesting. I can be sitting there from 1700 all the way up to 2330 before I realize how late it is.

 

xhtml is a pain in the arse. Well, it is for me anyway, because when I learnt to web-design I was using HTML 4, so I automatically write in HTML 4 when designing, but XHTML is much more fussy... ! You have to put this daft <br /> things at the end of self closing tags. its like doing <br></br> ... I guess it makes the hierarchy more correct but blah! I always forget that bit! and the alt="" in image tags! and when making behavours... it needs to me onmouseover not onMouseOver like it used to be. Grrrr.....
