I think i have a malware

Look guys i hope you can understand me im 12.
Ok well here we go.
My computer has been strange lately and when i watch youtube videos it gets blue screen and freezez randomely
and when i try boot this black thing comes up

Recovering lost data
This is not normal

I think i have a malware or someshit
So im asking for help.
it gets worse and worse now it starts on my maingame i play: runescape :/
please help me
