I think my Dad's PC is infected...

Hi, you may remember I posted here a while ago... now I'm back with some problems my Dad is having.

He thinks that his PC is infected with something. MS Outlook broke down and nothing would send--all emails were permenantly 'processing' (not failing). Then after a few hours they suddenly all sent.
I thought it might be a problem with Outlook, but my Dad says that other things have been wierd--the PC has slowed right down at times, and programs take ages to respond.

I have gone through what this tells me to do. I didn't use Windows Malicious SW Removal Tool or MS Windows Defender, but used CouterSpy instead.
Of all the scans, only PandaActiveScan found something.
There's one log I don't have--can't remember which--but I left it out because it found nothing.

Is the computer infected? It may just be ill in other ways... let me know.

Activescan has identified it as adware... Possibly theres a dodgy link in there

Thanks, I've deleted that now (it had some random links like 'pass drug tests' and 'dating' and 'school essays' in it...)

Everything else is okay, you say? Good. There's probably an Outlook problem, which I'll investigate...
