ok i read what sticky says about overclocking. the processor utilities he linked only told a few of the hardware i had. the overclocking software didnt match my motherboard. i have a trigem cognac-f motherboard. if you guys can tell me which program will help me id begreatful. i tried the F1 key when the comp starts but i cant seem to see where i could change the FSB or the processors speed.

 

What kind of your mobo model ? it run AMD or Intel,
if mobo bios support you can set FSB, if not you can use some softs like :
CPUFSB, lockgen, .....
