I *WANT* to receive spame

That's right... I want to receive spam. I'm doing a school project that involves me setting up a free email account somewhere and trying to receive spam.

Does anyone know of a quick and easy way to receive tons of spam?

Post your email address all over the internet.
Do this by registering for all of those internet offers.

 

Just be real careful, that yours is the *only* email address on your "mail" program...cuz eventually, if yer going unprotected--as you might very well be...one of those "spammers" is going to have more malicious intent, and when you open--or even look--at one of those "BESTBUY VIAGRA!!!" or "YOU HAVE MALWARE, DOWNLOAD ANTIVIRUS2008 FREE VERSION!!!!" etc., what they really will be wanting, is all the *other* email addresses in your account...and anything else they want, including--if yer not careful--to use your computer to send spam to all the rest of the world--including yer pals--while you are unaware...or sleeping...or whatever...

So anyway, sounds like fun, and best wishes to you, just remember, there are some slick, very savvy, internet robots, just waiting to get into unprotected computers, and tho "spam" is something we all sort of deal with, there are other things that can piggyback on it, if I'm not careful...so I'd make sure, that in effort to get *spam*, I didn't leave my computer open to worse critters...
