Cheer up, watch Dr Phil for advice . Start surprising the little 'ol lady with small things that you do for her, without her asking. Wash the dishes, wash her car, ask her out. Don't do all at the same time. Start small and work your way up. Works wonders. Bazza

25 years for me. My Mother always told me that self centred was worse than selfish any day. She told me that you can't please everybody so you might as well please yourself because if you can't please yourself you will never be able to please anyone else anyway.


I think it's authenticity she meant, you know like the Bard said
'this above all, be true to thyself for then as night follows day though canst be false to no other man'

Listen jarcher, woman love to be told nice things. They want to feel loved and special. Tell her more often how much you love her. Use pet names a lot. Show interest in her life. Next time she is talking and you want to roll your eyes, don't. Love in a marriage is important. If you have love for her, show it. A loveless marriage is only a trap. It eats away at you. Fix the problem now!
