I was looking at this one it looks good for my needs.

It's black and match's my case color.

I would like to have lots of cool air flow coming from the bottom.

My delta fan is noisy 240CFM lol even at lower speeds it still blows a lot of air.

I have it turned off till i get this Fan Controller.

It has lots of good reviews.

In principle fan controllers all do the same thing... Reduce the voltage that goes to the fan and slow it down. The only difference is style and features. Some will have thermometers and warnings some can control 4 fans some only 2 but essentially they are all the same. Go with whichever one looks best and fits in your budget

I am mainly Looking to slow the speed of the Delta fan i was able to do it threw the mob but for some reason it stoped working that way.So now i need to bye this.

Not really looking to increase the speed lol there fast enough.

You cant increase the speed. only reduce.

    Some Say you can.

But i know you cant. But all i want is to slow it down.

Theoretically you can make them run faster by increasing the voltage supply to the fan but if you do that it is like overclocking your CPU and you run the risk of the fan going pop

As a general rule, more air flow from a given size fan equals more noise. It's not just the motor speed; it's also the amount of air rushing in or out of a given size (e.g. 120mm) hole.

The only ways to get more cooling without increasing the decibel level dramatically are:

    * Use a larger (e.g. 140 mm) fan if your case supports it (more CFM at an equal rotation speed versus a smaller fan at the same speed).

    * Use multiple quiet fans that put out less CFM (again, if your case has room for them).

    * Switch to water cooling for the CPU; this should reduce the amount of heat fans have to expel from the case.

If you're overclocking, look at the current CPU and board temps with the fan running as-is (full blast). If they're on the high side to begin with, cutting the fan speed too much could cause overheating issues. I'd rather have a bit of noise versus a system meltdown.
