I would appreciate someone casting eye

Working on heavily infected machine. So far after ad-aware, and spy-bot,
Pestpatrol found around 300 infections, and then Spyhunter another 300.
Everything is working, but I would like to clean up as much as possible. Would appreciate it if you would allow me to post Hijackthis log.
