I7 Build Comments/Recommendations Please

Trying to put together a budget I7 build. Here is what I have so far. Keep in mind that quiet is a top priority. Hence, I still do not have a case picked out, looking for a dark one as this system will reside in a bedroom which is why I want dark and quiet. Nobody is going to see it so wadda I care what it looks like.

Looks nice. Not sure if you will be able to cool it quietly or not. You are going with a 64bit os right?
